Child Welfare

Our team has a detailed understanding of the Federal State Automated Child Welfare Information System (SACWIS) regulations and the experience required to implement automated Child Welfare Systems that meet and exceed programmatic and service requirements including:

  • Child Protection Services
  • Family Services
  • Child Welfare Services
  • Foster and Adoptive Home Services

Our extensive SACWIS experience, including our work with the New York State CONNECTIONS system , enables us to offer new and innovative ideas. We explore a variety of design enhancements that have been employed at CONNECTIONS to allow access by external providers, including new roles in work assignments to stages and the expanded use of business functions (groupings of security attributes) that control exactly what data can be viewed and modified by external provider workers.

We can share our experience with improvements to common processes significantly reducing the process steps workers perform everyday.
