CMA was awarded a subcontract to assist Oracle Corporation with their implementation of Oracle Financials for the New York State Education Department. This was one of two projects which developed the New York State Jump Start customizations. CMA provided the following services:

  • Assisted in the implemented of core application modules; General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Purchasing, Accounts Receivable for the Department.
  • Modification of standard reports and development of custom reports using Oracle Reports 2.5, design and development of custom forms using Oracle Forms 4.5, design and creation of tables, indexes, procedures, functions, packages, triggers and alerts. These modifications became part of the New York State Jumpstart Program.
  • Responsible for creation of detailed documentation utilizing Application Implementation Methodology (AIM).
  • Assisted in the GAP analysis using the Oracle’s AIM methodology to map current process and requirements to Oracle Financials modules.
  • Assisted in the development of customizations as part of the New York State Jumpstart program.
  • Assisted in the delivery of education and training curriculum at the client for end users and developed customized user guides to support day-to-day operations.
