CMA was awarded a subcontract to assist Oracle Corporation with their implementation of Oracle Financials for the Finance Bureau. This was one of two projects that developed the New York State Jump Start customizations using Oracle Financials and Oracle 8i. CMA provided the following services:

• Assisted in the implemented of core application modules; General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Purchasing for the for the Finance Bureau.
• Assisted in the GAP analysis using the Oracle’s AIM methodology to map current process and requirements to Oracle Financials modules.
• Assisted in the development of customizations as part of the New York State Jump Start program.
• Documented customization requirements based on “as is” and “to be” business and systems requirements.
• Assisted in the development of interfaces to the Central Accounting System.
• Assisted in the delivery of education and training curriculum at the client for end users and developed customized user guides to support day-to-day operations.
• Providing on-going maintenance and support.
