LMS^net Product Description

At CMA, we realize that fostering an environment to grow the understanding and knowledge of an organization's employees is often a complicated business. Managing and tracking educational programs offer an ever-expanding host of administrative responsibilities that can overwhelm any organization's training program. So we added to HR^net—our suite of Human Resources products—and built the LMS^net.

LMS^net, like all of the products in our HR suite, is designed to save you time. Its intuitive interface contains several portals that enable users to manage attendees, courses, instructors, resources, training plans, email notifications, prerequisites, and course evaluations. LMS^net automates the time-consuming, paper-intensive processes involved in learning management, with a system that is:

• Built on an open architecture, which provides customization, interoperability, and scalability across an entire organization
• AICC and SCORM 1.2 compliant
• Flexible and secure — providing a variety of user access levels that allow the right individuals to view education histories, course schedules and catalogues, and class requests
